Technology, industry, real estate, healthcare, energy, financial services, logistics, agriculture, education, telecommunications, consumer goods, infrastructure.
Ticket
From $500,000 to $15M, with no ceiling on strategic projects.
Maturity
Established revenues or proven business model. No seed stage.
Geography
Any country, without geographical restriction. Our decision is based on the viability of the project, not its location.
Governance
An identified management team and a legible capitalisation table.
Horizon
A credible value creation trajectory over five years.

  • Projects at the idea stage, with no product or early customers
  • Operations where the ownership structure is not established
  • Sectors subject to regulatory restrictions we cannot master
  • Projects for which we cannot obtain information rights
  • Debt refinancing without an operational recovery plan

Process

Four steps, stated timelines.

We commit to timelines. If we need to exceed them, we notify you in advance.

    Submission

    You submit your project through your secure personal space. An acknowledgement confirms receipt and gives you the name of your contact.

  2. 02

    Evaluation

    The committee reviews the project, the team and the market. We may request an initial exchange at this stage. Most projects are declined here, with a written reason.

    3 weeks
  3. 03

    Due Diligence

    Financial, legal and operational verification, conducted by our teams and external advisers. This phase requires full access to your documents.

    6 to 8 weeks
  4. 04

    Decision

    The investment committee rules. If approved, we immediately proceed with the structuring and legal documentation of the operation.
