The Firm

We are accountable for the capital entrusted to us.

G-Trust Fiduciary is a fiduciary firm established in Stockholm. We manage the assets of private families and deploy them into the real economy.

Our Position

The mandate before the return.

A fiduciary firm is not a fund. We do not raise capital from institutional investors, nor do we report to an external investment committee. We manage the assets of a limited number of families who have appointed us as custodians of their interests.

This difference changes everything. It frees us from fundraising calendars and fixed deployment deadlines. We can wait for the right project, take the time to verify, and decline an operation for the sole reason that it does not convince us.

It also obliges us. The capital we commit has a face. It belongs to people who know us and who will hold us to account.

Governance

Three bodies, no solitary decisions.

Investment Committee
Every commitment decision is made collectively. No partner can commit the firm alone, regardless of the amount.
Risk Control
A function independent of the investment team, with veto rights over operations that exceed the exposure limits set with our principals.
Principal Reporting
Each family receives a detailed quarterly statement of their positions, their valuation, and the events that occurred during the period.

What Binds Us

Three principles, applied without exception.

Discretion

We do not disclose information about our principals, our holdings, or the projects submitted to us. This reserve applies before, during and after an operation. It has no expiry.

Rigour

The same evaluation protocol applies to a $500,000 project and to an operation of several tens of millions. The ticket size never reduces the depth of the review.

Constancy

We remain invested over long horizons and sit on governance bodies. An investment commits our presence, not just our capital.

We would rather miss an opportunity than miss a commitment.

Your project deserves a serious review.

Present it. If it meets our criteria, you will receive a reasoned response — either way.
